Of course, if in the foreseeable future, both the power battery range can be improved, charging time is significantly shortened, but also to ensure that its safety is more reliable, it will be more perfect!
However, there is always a gap between the beautiful ideal and the skeletal reality. The general direction of the executive meeting of the State Council, which mentions the need to collaborate with universities, research institutions and enterprises, should be extremely correct, and the concentration of power to do great things is the greatest advantage of our socialist system with Chinese characteristics. But how to achieve the open sharing of innovation platform is not easy to achieve and do in the market-oriented environment. How to solve the problem of division of labor among universities, research institutions and enterprises in the related R&D? How should the costs be shared? Who will ultimately own the intellectual property? In addition, on the surface, universities and research institutions should be more responsible for the task of research, but for practical products, more of a system integration and data accumulation process, at this time, I am afraid that enterprises are more powerful, and leaving the participation of enterprises in the final commercialization of R & D are problematic.
Finally, which companies can participate in it? Is only car companies can participate, or as long as the willingness of enterprises can be involved? Is the state to build a platform or a number of platforms, or by different enterprises and different institutions to form R & D alliances, a wide variety of seeds? I'm afraid this involves the beginning of how the supply side of the top-level design and arrangement of the problem, not handled well, inevitably a coaxing, a whistle and scattered.
As some places currently exclude hybrid vehicles in new energy vehicles, and as a transitional product of traditional fuel vehicles, hybrid vehicles for traditional car companies, not only to maximize the use of existing resources, reduce waste, but also to achieve a reduction in the use of traditional fuels and reduce emissions.
